I WILL DRAW

- Original characters, including characters based off of existing media (such as TF2 or Warrior Cats OC's) they simply cannot be carbon copies of the source material.- Humans, humanoids/anthro, furries, animals and creatures.- Mild NSFW or suggestive material.- Gore / violent material (situational).- Multiple characters in one piece.

PIECE INFO

- Each piece comes with a basic background (color, possible textures) of your liking.- Pieces will not include extreme poses (body contortion, intense fight scenes, etc.) but are on the simpler side pose-wise based on the provided reference.- My lineart cleanliness varies, make sure to inform me if you are unhappy with the quality.- My process: sketching - cleanup/lineart - basic colors - shading and details.

TERMS OF SERVICE

- Communication via Bluesky or Discord (@cnmldptv).- The client provides neat and clean references (character, pose, additional details such as having a speech bubble, etc.).- Negative/ill intent or disrespect will result in cancellation of the piece or get you blocked.- If your piece has not been finished in 60 days, you can request compensation (20% deducted/paid back from the original price).- I will send progress pictures after each process step, and can change details along the way if requested. However, once I am in the process of coloring, shading and adding final details, only minor changes (such as changing the color of a characters jewelry or piece of clothing before shading / adding on jewelry or other accessories after coloring) can be done. No drastic changes will be done to the piece after this point.

CLIENT RIGHTS

- The client is allowed to share the piece with clear credit given (tagging, adding my username on the picture, linking to my page etc.) on their own account.- Use the piece for personal use (printing to hang on their wall, use as a background image etc.).The client CANNOT use the piece for the following:- Making merchandise (stickers, stamps, printing on an object they are planning to sell, etc.).- Tracing, removing watermarks, using the piece as a base.- Purposefully feeding the piece into an AI, or third party softwares such as 2D rigging for animation.Consult me if you wish to commission a piece to use in monetized social media (like as a mascot for your Youtube channel or Twitch emotes)

PAYMENT

- Payment through PayPal.- I only accept Euro due to conversion rates.- I expect the price to be paid in full, but this can be negotiated (I however cannot accept anything below 50/50 payment).- I will not start on the piece before the price has been paid.- There is a weeks deadline to the payment. If the price is not paid within that deadline, you lose your spot until further notice.- If for a legitimate reason (unexpected bills, changes in receiving payment from work, etc.) you do not have the funds to pay immediately, inform me and we will discuss extending the deadline.! PROOF FOR REFUNDING OR NEEDING A LONGER PAYMENT DEADLINE DUE TO AN EMERGENCY IS REQUIRED!Any kind of chargeback will result in contact with PayPal support, I will defend my cause and have the right to publicly warn others of your behaviorPlease reach out and discuss refunds or cancellations with me in private, and be respectful

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDING

- I can cancel and refund the commission at any time for any reason.- You have the right to a full refund if you cancel the commission before the sketch process picture has been sent to youDetails on cancellation and refunding based on the progress:
1. After you've received the sketch process picture, you have the right to receive back 90% of the original price
2. After you've received the lineart process picture, you have the right to receive back 75% of the original price
3. After you've received the color process picture, you have the right to receive 50% of the original price
4. After I have done basic shading, you have the right to receive 25% of the original price
5. When I am doing final detailing and shading, you have the right to receive 10% of the original price.Once I have finished the piece, even if I have not sent you the finished product, there will be no refunds.
